ONLINE BOOKING; BOOKING GUARANTEE, PAYMENT

• Online booking: The EU Commission offers the possibility of online dispute resolution on a platform operated by it (so-called “ODR platform”). The OS platform can serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online sales contracts or service contracts. This platform can be reached via this link.
• Deposit: For fixed bookings we ask you to pay 20% of the tour price. Please transfer it to the bank account, stating the deposit, name and travel time.
• Payment: The payment of the hotel bill is possible in cash or with EC. Credit card payments are possible from an amount of € 500 plus 1% expense allowance. Oin advance from the comfort of your own home to the following bank account:

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• free of charge up to 2 months before arrival.
• 2 month to 2 weeks before arrival 50% of the total arrangement price
• 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival 90% of the total arrangement price
• 100% in the last week before arrival
• in case of late arrival and early departure 100% of the total arrangement price
• The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the
  General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH as at 22.1.2026.

In order to avoid cancellation costs and to secure the holiday as best as possible, a travel cancellation insurance is unavoidable. We recommend our insurance partner: The Europäische Reiseversicherung. Our recommendation is Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium.

What else needs to be considered:

• Cancellation of a voucher or prize voucher will result in the loss of the value of the voucher.
• Vouchers or prize vouchers cannot be transferred to another date once they have been booked.
• The conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply unless other cancellation conditions (see above) apply.
• Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by us. We charge a processing fee of € 25 for the return transfer of the deposit paid.
• Cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of booking or no later than 5 days after booking.
• Cancellation free of charge is not possible if you decide to book without insurance. Our urgent recommendation is therefore to take out insurance.
