Important information about your booking
So that you can start and enjoy your hotel stay in a relaxed manner, we provide you with information here about check-in, check-out, cancellation conditions, booking guarantee and payment.
YOUR STAY WITH US
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
- Check in: On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 14:00 and you can start your vacation. You can move into your booked room from 14:00 without exception. Please give us the time to provide you with a hygienically cleaned, clean and well-ventilated home for your vacation. Check in is possible in the evening until 22:00. If you arrive after 20.00, we allow us to prepare a snack for you.
- Food: On the day of arrival, half-board plus begins with dinner until 7:30 pm and ends on the day of departure with breakfast at 9:30 am. Eat and drink yourselves fit – but don’t take anything with you. Packed lunches and drinks for the journey home are no longer included in the catering. It is of course possible to take a snack with you for a fee. If you would like to take advantage of our lunch soup on arrival (from 12:00 – 13:30), please let us know before you arrive to avoid any “bottlenecks” at the buffet. We reserve the right to charge a small contribution of € 9,- per adult and € 4,50 per child.
- Check out: On the day of departure, even if it is difficult, please leave your temporary home by 10:30 a.m. at the latest so that we have enough time to prepare everything for the next vacationers. Thank you very much.
ONLINE BOOKING, BOOKING GUARANTEE, PAYMENT
- Online Booking: The EU Commission offers the possibility of online dispute resolution on a platform operated by it (so-called “ODR platform”). The ODR platform can serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase contracts or service contracts..
- Booking guarantee: For fixed bookings we ask you to pay 20% of the tour price. Please transfer to the bank account, stating the deposit, name and travel time.
- Payment: The hotel bill can be paid in cash or by EC. Credit card payment from an amount of € 500 can be conveniently transferred in advance from home to the following bank account:

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- free of charge up to 2 months before arrival.
- 2 month to 2 weeks before arrival 50% of the total arrangement price
- 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival 90% of the total arrangement price
- 100% in the last week before arrival
- in case of late arrival and early departure 100% of the total arrangement price
In the event of an official border or hotel closure, you can also cancel at short notice free of charge. To avoid cancellation costs and to protect your vacation as much as possible, travel cancellation insurance is essential. We recommend our insurance partner: The European travel insurance. Our recommendation is the Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium. Despite the pandemic status, both cover the following reasons in the event of cancellation:
What else needs to be considered:
- Cancellation of a voucher or prize voucher will result in the loss of the value of the voucher.
- Vouchers or prize vouchers cannot be transferred to another date once they have been booked.
- The conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations unless other cancellation conditions apply (see above).
- Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by us.
- Die Travel cancellation insurance must be made at the time of booking or no later than 5 days after booking.
- Cancellation free of charge is not possible if you decide to book without insurance. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out insurance.
